Rising costs hit the brand hard, as the competition for prime ad space on Amazon continued to intensify. With each click, the brand’s advertising expenses seemed to skyrocket, leaving them struggling to maintain a positive ROI.
Ad fatigue was also a major concern for the skincare brand. Their ads had become repetitive, and the target audience seemed to be tuning out. Despite the brand’s best efforts to create compelling and engaging ad creative, their audience was becoming desensitized to the messaging, leading to decreased engagement and conversions.
As if rising costs and ad fatigue weren’t enough, the constantly changing algorithms on Amazon made it even more challenging for the skincare brand to stay ahead of the curve. The algorithms were updated frequently, and the brand had to constantly adjust its campaigns to keep up with the latest best practices. The unpredictability of these changes made it difficult for the brand to maintain consistency in their advertising efforts.

- Development of a comprehensive SKU prioritization and mapping system (mapping margins, inventory levels, conversion rates and max CPC per SKU).
- Amazon Listing Optimization which includes keyword research, competitive analysis, keyword optimized titles, key feature billets, and optimized product photography for conversions.
- Amazon PPC Campaign Set-Up & Optimized for the first time (both automated and manual campaign strategy for long tail keyword research)
Results
• $97.3K increase in sales volume
• 32.06% increase in orders
• ACoS reduced from 12.19% to 10.85%
• Avg CPC reduced by 9.62%
